Geographically Locked: Each gift card is strictly country-specific. For example, a card purchased for Jumia Egypt can only be redeemed on the Egyptian platform and cannot be transferred or used on Jumia Nigeria, Kenya, or other regional sites.
One-Time Use Policy: Gift vouchers are generally designed for single-use transactions. It is highly recommended to spend the entire value of the card at once, as any remaining balance after a smaller purchase may be forfeited. If the order total exceeds the card value, the customer simply pays the remaining balance using standard payment methods.
