1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on Reclaimed.gg are digital goods. These may include:

  • Gift cards

Delivery of these products usually happens instantly or within a short time after payment. Because of the nature of digital goods, refunds are limited.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

Digital codes cannot be returned once delivered.

  • Store credit on Reclaimed.gg

The refund method will depend on the payment provider, order status, and the nature of the issue.

6. Fraud Protection

Orders that show signs of fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, or chargeback risk may be declined, canceled, or refunded at our discretion.

Accounts involved in fraudulent behavior or payment disputes may be restricted or permanently suspended.

7. Chargebacks

Opening a payment chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Permanent purchase restrictions
